North-West Telecom
North West Telecom was a telecommunication company owned by Svyazinvest, providing telecommunications service to northwest Russia. In 2011 it was merged into Rostelecom.

North-West Telecom was created on the basis of the merger of Petersburg Telephone Network together with the following entities:- Artelekom
