Yanarsu, KurtalanYanarsu is a village in the Kurtalan District of Siirt Province in Turkey. The village is populated by Kurds and had a population of 148 in 2021.HistoryAl-Zūq was historically inhabited by Syriac Orthodox Christians. In the Syriac Orthodox patriarchal register of dues of 1870, it was recorded that the village had 13 households, who paid 87 dues, and was served by one priest. There was a Syriac Orthodox church of Yūldaṯ Alohō.
