Umekichi Nakamura
Umekichi Nakamura (19 March 1901 – 4 August 1984) is a Japanese-Empire of Japan politician and lawyer. He was born in Tokyo.
He was educated at Hosei University. Awards received include Order of the Rising Sun with Paulownia Flowers, 1st class.
