Sysmex Corporation
Sysmex Corporation is a Japanese company headquartered in Kobe that is engaged in the health care business. Originally called TOA Medical Electronics, the Sysmex brand was established in 1978, and were mainly involved with haematology analysers. The company was renamed Sysmex Corporation in 1998 taking advantage of brand recognition of their machines.About the company

On April 1, 2011, Katakura Industries Co., Ltd. sold its biological science research department to the company.
