SuperKitties

• Ginny is an orange American Shorthair with a pink SuperKitty suit who is the leader of the SuperKitties. She has claws that allow her to climb and poke objects. In her Su-Purr Charged form, Ginny can be more agile with her claws.
• Sparks is a yellow Bengal cat with a purple SuperKitty suit who has timid and sensitive feelings, the smartest of the SuperKitties, and Buddy's older brother. He uses his high-tech devices from his SuperKitty Kit to help with cases and connect with the citizens. Sparks' SuperKitty Kit can produce any gadget, be an additional way for any animals to contact them when they are not in the SuperKitty Cavern, and turn into any mode of transportation including the SuperKitty Copter. In his Su-Purr Charged form, Sparks can have the SuperKitty Kit assume Turbo Mode with his boots taking on another form and is a big eater.
• Buddy is a Calico British Shorthair cat with an orange SuperKitty suit who is the largest of the SuperKitties, Sparks's younger brother and the comic relief. He possesses super-strength and has the ability to perform a Furball Blitz which turns him into a ball of fur and allows him to roll into objects. In his Su-Purr Charged form, Buddy can perform the Furball Blitz Bounce.
• Bitsy is a white Munchkin cat with a sky blue SuperKitty suit who is the smallest of the SuperKitties. She can harness super-speed with her "Bitsy Boots". As the newest and smallest member of the team, Bitsy records her lessons from the case in vlogs on her tablet. She has a mouse doll named Mr. Greenie. In her Su-Purr Charged form, Bitsy's boots can move faster than before.

  Allies

• Wiggles is a robotic pig built by Sparks. He would later get an upgrade that causes him to have retractable wings giving him the appearance of a flying pig, and helps the Superkittes in some situations.
• Willa is the SuperKitties' young magenta wildcat friend who lives in the Wild Jungle outside of Kittydale. She is always ready to help the SuperKitties on missions whether in the Wild Jungle or Kittydale. Willa learned their true identities at the start of season three.

  Villains

• Cat Burglar is an anthropomorphic gray tabby cat who loves to swipe items. He is also a pianist as seen in "Piano Problem".
• * Granny Catarina is a gray tabby cat and Cat Burglar's grandmother who shares his passion for swiping things.
• * Sassy is a gray tabby cat and Cat Burglar's country cousin who is also a burglar.
• Lab Rat is a anthropomorphic rat scientist who can create high-tech devices to serve her own purposes that often involve obtaining cheese.
• * Otto is a mute purple octopus. He is Lab Rat's assistant and best friend who occasionally sings in certain musical numbers.
• Mr. Puppypaws is a small brown and white Papillon dog with a Danish accent who is often seen riding on a motorized pet stroller. He owns a rubber duck named Quacksley that he often speaks to. Mr. Puppypaws is playful and loves a lot of things that dogs usually like where he will do anything to get them.
• * Dragonbreath the Glittery is a robotic dragon that is often used by Mr. Puppypaws and rides in a customizable side car attachment to his pet stroller.
• * King Fishy Fins is a goldfish that was obtained by Mr. Puppypaws' owner. He would sometimes be brought along with Mr. Puppypaws in some of his plots.
• Zsa Zsa is a vain sulphur-crested cockatoo who loves to sing, dance, and enjoy expensive luxuries. She has a soft spot for cute animals.
• * Aunt Lola is a sulphur-crested cockatoo who is Zsa Zsa's aunt and is also a singer.
• * Zsa Zsa's Squad are the budgie henchmen of Zsa Zsa.
• ** George is a budgie that is the only one that is named so far.
• Pamster Glamster and Champster Glamster are two anthropomorphic sibling Syrian hamsters who love anything fabulous, sparkly, dazzling, stylish and especially glamorous. They use a high tech hamster ball as their mode of transportation.

• Amara is the owner of the Purr'N'Play. She later creates the mobile Purr 'n Go to bring playing with kittens to all of Kittydale.
• Sam and Eddie are a white-headed pigeon and a rock pigeon who are among the SuperKitties' callers.
• The Kittens Who Lost Mittens are three Siamese kittens who are among the SuperKitties' callers and often come to the Purr'N'Play. The name of the group possibly originates from the English-language rhyme, the Three Little Kittens.
• * Chibi is the dark brown and white cat.
• * Phoebe is a brown cat.
• * Bibi is a brown cat.
• Boomer is a French bulldog who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Captain FluffNStuff is a fluffy Briard dog who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Magda is a hound and guard dog of the Kittydale Museum. And is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• * Rockland is Magda's nephew who has a skill for sniffing out rocks and gemstones.
• Peanut is a dalmatian puppy owned by a little girl named Nadia who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Colby Jack is a mouse owned by a cheese sculptor named Brie Fromage who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Whiskers is a Persian cat who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Gwen is a Jack Russell Terrier who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Pickles is a small calico kitten who adores the SuperKitties and hopes to be like them.
• The Singing Squirrels are a trio of Eastern gray squirrels who make up a singing group. Whenever they're in trouble, they sing out their distress calls unless bystanders do not take them seriously.
• Chef Marci is a food truck cook who makes pet food and sells it out of her food truck.
• * Biscuit is a Tabby British Shorthair Cat and is Chef Marci's pet cat and is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Harpo and Marvin who are mallards and are among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Poochini/Poochisimo is a piano-playing Bichon Frise dog. While the character was named Poochini in the first appearance, she was named Poochisimo in the second appearance.
• Miss Poochytail is a poodle who is friends with Mr. Puppypaws.
• Taylor is a hot dog stand owner who makes and sells hot dogs.
• Frankie is a Dachshund puppy and is Taylor's pet dog.
• Renata is an American robin who is among the SuperKitties' callers.
• Polaris is an astronaut cat.
• Coco is a raccoon who is Cat Burglar's friend.
• Evie is a little girl who is the Glamsters' owner.
