Rakshith Gowda

Rakshith also known as Rakksh Raam is an actor from South India, working mainly in Kannada Film Industry. He began his career in 2012 as an assistant director, contributing to few Kannada films. Later on, Rakksh made his Television debut as a lead in soap opera Putta Gowri Maduve. Rakksh is best known for his breakthrough performance as Vedanth Vasishta in Gattimela. In 2021, He also turned as producer for Gattimela under his banner Sri Sai Anjaneya Company.Rakksh signed a pan-India film titled Burma.

Early life

Before making his television debut, he was actively involved in theatre, performing with the Prathikriya group at Ranga Shankara during his college days.He also gained valuable experience in the film industry by working as an assistant director on several Kannada films.

Production

, The lead actor of the soap opera Gattimela, premiered in 2019. After Covid-19, Raghavendra Hunsur, the business head of Zee Kannada, offered him the opportunity to take over this project. So, in 2021, Rakksh became the Producer for Gattimela and established his own production house, Sri Sai Anjaneya Company. This company is actively producing new shows / Film.
