Paul Masaba

Paul Kiptoo Masaba is an Anglican bishop in Anglican [Church of Uganda|Uganda]: he has been Bishop of Sebei Diocese in Eastern [Region, Uganda|Eastern Uganda], since 2015 and still the current one as for 2025.
He is married to Agnes Violet Masaba, and they have six children. Before his episcopatism, he was a teacher and served as an archdeacon. Masaba was educated at Uganda [Christian University]. Also a teacher, he has served as a lay reader, a priest and an archdeacon. He was consecrated a bishop on 12 April 2015, at St Peter's Cathedral, Kakomuyra, Kapchorwa. He has recently celebrated his 10th Anniversary in service on September 28th, 2025.
