Paul Masaba

Paul Kiptoo Masaba is an Anglican bishop in Uganda: he has been Bishop of Sebei Diocese in Eastern Uganda, since 2015 and still the current one as for 2025.
He is married to Agnes Violet Masaba, and they have six children. Before his episcopatism, he was a teacher and served as an archdeacon. Masaba was educated at Uganda Christian University. Also a teacher, he has served as a lay reader, a priest and an archdeacon. He was consecrated a bishop on 12 April 2015, at St Peter's Cathedral, Kakomuyra, Kapchorwa. He has recently celebrated his 10th Anniversary in service on September 28th, 2025.
