Early life and education
Noor Xarmina was born in Islamabad, Pakistan. Due to her parents' diplomatic careers, she spent her formative years growing up in nine different countries across four continents, including the United States, South Africa, Romania, the UAE, Singapore, Canada, the UK, Portugal, and Pakistan.She pursued higher education in London, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Imperial College London and a Master of Science in Management from London Business School.

Finance and consulting
Before transitioning to the entertainment industry, Xarmina had a successful career in finance. She worked as a strategy consultant for KPMG in the UAE and as a visiting consultant for Salesforce. She then moved into venture capital, holding positions as an investment analyst and associate for several London-based firms, including Nauta Capital, Frog Capital, Downing Ventures, and Foresight Group.
