Kalianda

Kalianda is a town and an administrative district in South [Lampung Regency], part of Lampung Province on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. The town had a population of 5,752 as at mid 2023.

Administrative divisions

The district lies to the southeast of the city of Bandar Lampung and covers an area of 226.05 km² and had a population of 94,127 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate in mid 2023 was 98,673. It consists of four urban villages and twenty-five rural villages, which share a postal code of 35551; many of these are suburban to Bandar Lampung. The administrative centre of the district is the town of Bumi Agung.
