Even Healthcare is a managed healthcare company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Founded in 2020, the company provides subscription-based primary and secondary healthcare services through a network of its own clinics, hospitals, and partner facilities. In 2025, Even expanded into hospital operations with the launch of its first multi-speciality facility in central Bengaluru.
History
Even Healthcare was established in 2020 in Bengaluru by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio, and Alessandro Ialongo. Banerjee and Giglio had previously worked together on entrepreneurial ventures in the UK and United States before moving their focus to India's healthcare sector.The company secured its initial seed funding of $5 million in 2021 led by Khosla Ventures with participation from Founders Fund. Subsequent funding rounds in 2022 and 2024 involved Alpha Wave, Aspada, DST Global, 8 Vc, and others. A US$30 million Series A round completed in October 2024 brought total funding to about US$60 million. In January 2023, the company formed a medical advisory board to define clinical protocols. The following year, it conducted a $500,000 ESOP buyback. By mid-2025, according to The Economic Times, Even operated six clinics in Bengaluru and maintained partnerships with over 100 hospitals. The company expanded into direct hospital operations in July 2025 with the launch of a 70-bed multi-speciality facility in central Bengaluru, with reported plans to establish more facilities in other major Indian cities.
