Enumeration of plane partitions
Enumeration of plane partitions is a scholarly work by Donald Knuth, published in 1972 in ''Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A''. The main subjects of the publication include mathematics, orthogonal polynomials, algebraic number, type, multiple zeta function, generating function, simple, combinatorics, discrete mathematics, biological function, enumeration, and plane. Using some recent results involving Young tableaux and matrices of non-negative integers 10, it is possible to enumerate various classes of plane partitions by actual construction.
