Dream to You

Dream to You is an upcoming South Korean rom-com television series starring Hwang In-youp and Lee Hye-ri. The story follows Woo Soo-bin, who returns to rediscover himself, and Joo Yi-jae, who was once fearless and ambitious, but has become more cautious due to life's experiences. It is scheduled to premiere on ENA in 2026, and will also be subsequently streaming on Genie TV.

Synopsis

The series unfolds as a talented film director who returns to Korea after a big debut at international film festivals and reunites with Joo Yi-jae, the one who's been longing to see.

Production

Development

Co-produced under Content Planner and, the rom-com drama is helmed by Yoo Sun-dong, planned by KT Studio Genie, and written by Jung Eun-bi, who previously served as an assistant writer on Guardian: [The Lonely and Great God] and Mr. Sunshine. The series is planned for 12 episodes.

Casting

In January 2025, JTBC reported that Hwang In-youp was set to take on the lead male role in the series. In June, Lee Yoo-mi was reportedly to star as the female lead. On July 24, Lee Hye-ri was being considered for the female lead role. By September 2025, the casting of Hwang In-youp and Lee Hye-ri as the leads was officially confirmed.

Filming

commenced in 2025.

Dream to You is scheduled to premiere on ENA in 2026, and will also be subsequently streaming on Genie TV.
