David Hryck


David Hryck is an American lawyer and senior partner at Holland & Knight LLP. His legal practice focuses on international tax and business transactions.

Biography

Hryck earned a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Scranton. He received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and later obtained a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center. He practices law at Holland & Knight LLP, with a focus on international tax and cross-border business transactions.
In addition to his legal career, Hryck has been involved in nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. He has served on the boards of several nonprofits, including the Amy Winehouse Foundation and the Lang Lang International Music Foundation, and previously served as chairman of the Happy Hearts Fund. He has also been affiliated with additional charitable organizations focused on humanitarian aid, arts education, and international development.
