Martin Daniel is a Republican party member and formerly a member of Tennessee [House of Representatives|Tennessee's House of Representatives], representing District 18 of Knox County from 2014 until his retirement from government in 2020.

Education
In 1982, Daniel went to University of Tennessee-Knoxville to study for his Master of Business Administration in Business and Marketing. While there, he also earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in General Business. Martin Daniel also received a Juris Doctor at the University of Memphis in 1985.Professional Experience
Daniel is currently a business owner and manager of Elevation Outdoor Advertising, LLC as well as serving president of Defeat Duchenne, Inc.Other past experiences include:
