Aline Rotter-Focken

Aline Rotter-Focken is a German freestyle wrestler. She won the world title in the 69 kg division in 2014 and a bronze medal in the 67 kg category at the 2013 European Championships. At the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo she won the Gold.

Career

She started wrestling in 1996 under the guidance of her father, Hans-Georg Focken.
In 2020, she won the gold medal in the 2020 Individual Wrestling [World Cup – Women's freestyle 76 kg|women's 76 kg] event at the 2020 Individual Wrestling World Cup held in Belgrade, Serbia. In 2021, she won the gold medal in her event at the 2021 [Poland Open] held in Warsaw, Poland.
She took gold at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
