T with middle tilde is a letter of the Latin script. At present, there is no uppercase version encoded in Unicode.
It is used in the International Phonetic Alphabet for a velarised or pharyngealised voiceless alveolar stop. However, the use of a middle tilde to mark velarisation or pharyngealisation was deprecated by the International Phonetic Association in 1989, and the symbol is often avoided., the IPA uses a superscript velar fricative to mark velarisation and a superscript pharyngeal approximant to mark pharyngealisation.
