Yabara Station


Yabara Station is a passenger railway station located in the city of Yamaguchi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company.

Station layout

The station consists of one side platform serving a single bi-directional track. The sole entrance is located at the west end of the platform. A sheltered waiting area is located there as well, along with toilets and an automated ticket machine. The station is unattended.

History

Yabara Station was opened on 1 October 1935. With the privatization of the Japan National Railway on 1 April 1987, the station came under the aegis of the West Japan railway Company.
