Wysoczański plural: Wysoczańscy is the surname of a Polish szlachta family, which traces its lineage back to Comes Vane Valachus who was granted land in 1431 by Polish King Ladislaus II. Jagiełło. Hereditary Chevaliers of Galicia since 1782.
