Vijay Mandal
Vijay Kumar Mandal is an Indian politician who was elected as a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Dinara constituency in 2020 as candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal. He defeated former Minister of Department of Science and Technology, Jai Kumar Singh in 2020 elections.
