Venom exonuclease

Venom exonuclease is an enzyme. This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction

Exonucleolytic cleavage in the 3'- to 5'- direction to yield nucleoside 5'-phosphates

This enzyme has preference for single-stranded substrate.
