Tsvetta Kaleynska


Tsvetta Kaleynska, better known as Tsvetta, is an entrepreneur, author, and media personality.

Early life

Tsvetta was born and raised in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria in the family of a university professor and a gynaecologist, both of Bulgarian descent. In 2008, Tsvetta moved to the United States on an academic scholarship to pursue her higher education. In 2012, she graduated from St. Francis College, with dual degrees in Marketing Management and International Business and Economics. In 2015, she received a master's degree in Public Administration from the City University of New York at Baruch College.

Writing

In 2012 Tsvetta joined the Dogs Bollocks 5 as a consulting strategist specializing in social media analysis and market research. In 2015 she moved to Brandwatch as customer success director. In 2019, she founded RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING, a boutique consumer insights agency. She has held leadership roles on the Peace Corps Executive Board and the Girls Leading Our World Executive Board.
Tsvetta published her first book of poetry, "Flowers From Heaven" in 2011. Her work is featured in outlets such as the national scientific magazine “Българска наука” /Bulgarian Science/, Cosmopolitan magazine and other newspapers and magazines in Eastern Europe. In 2014, Kaleynska published her second book: “#TheQueen: Social Media”.
In 2023, Tsvetta Kaleynska published "Историята на Кукерите", a bilingual coloring book celebrating her Bulgarian heritage. Motivated by a desire to teach her children about Bulgarian traditions, Kaleynska aimed to preserve and pass down cultural heritage. The book features texts in both Bulgarian and English and was gifted to the library of the Consulate General of Bulgaria in New York City.
In 2024, Kaleynska wrote a series of children's books designed to promote foreign language literacy. Titled "Sweet Dreams," the series includes editions such as "Sweet Dreams, New York City," available in multiple languages including Polish, Serbian, Bulgarian, Arabic, and Spanish. Other editions in the series encompass global cities such as London, Tokyo, Berlin, Madrid, and Sofia.
Additionally, Kaleynska authored an architectural coloring book series titled “Coloring …, Architectural Wonders To Inspire,” published by Barnes & Noble and Amazon. This series features architectural wonders from countries including Albania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary, Poland, and Greece, among others.

Entrepreneurship

As an immigrant founder, Tsvetta built her first venture as a teenager, standing on cobblestone streets of her hometown and asking tourists to take a photo with her and giving her donations — earning more than her family’s income and developing an early entrepreneurial mindset.
In 2019, Kaleynska founded RILA Global Consulting, a New York–based consumer intelligence and market research firm specializing in social listening, digital analytics, and strategic insight development for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, technology, retail, and consumer goods. Under her leadership, the firm expanded its international client base and became known for producing research that supports executive decision-making, conference presentations, and industry publications. RILA’s work has been cited in mainstream media outlets including Bloomberg, CNN, Fortune, and referenced by corporate leadership teams in global markets.
In 2025, Kaleynska launched GLORION Media, an advertising, media, and content agency producing podcasts and digital programming. Its projects include the podcast Money Signal and collaborations with Peter Tuchman, a New York Stock Exchange trader known as the “Einstein of Wall Street.”

Mentorship

In addition to her corporate work, Kaleynska is recognized for her mentorship and advocacy. She has served as a mentor in programs such as Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Mentor and the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center Mentor network. Her contributions to women’s leadership and empowerment extend globally through partnerships with initiatives like Girls Leading Our World and other nonprofit leadership programs.

Televised Appearances and Public Speaking

Tsvetta began her televised appearances in 2008 through the Miss Diaspora International Pageant. Since 2011 she has been featured regularly on national TV shows in her home-country, including “Predi Obed” on bTV, TV7, “Na Kafe” on NOVA TV, TV7, Bulgarian National Television, "Good morning" on Bulgaria ON AIR. Since 2017 she has been a contributor on the national morning show “Na Kafe” with Gala covering topics including the Women's March in NYC, the Bulgarian Parliamentary election, Virtual Consumer Trends, Holiday Trends in New York City and USA, New York City general topics, and others.
In 2024, Tsvetta appeared on Bloomberg TV Bulgaria to talk about Bulgaria's significant presence in the global AI landscape, highlighting the country's talent pool, innovative companies, and contributions to the AI industry.
In 2025, Tsvetta was featured on Fox 5 to discuss how US consumers feel about China and the economy in light of US President Donald Trump's recent tariff war on China and the rest of the world.
Kaleynska has spoken at international business and technology events, including Alibaba CoCreate, where she delivered a keynote presentation to an audience of approximately 5,000 attendees. She has also led educational webinars on consumer intelligence and market analytics in collaboration with Alibaba.

Modeling

In 2010 Kaleynska was crowned Miss Bulgaria Diaspora USA and started her modeling career despite her height of 5’5. She has participated in fashion shoots for American and Bulgarian brands.

Charity work

Her volunteer work is focused on empowering adolescent girls through GLOW Leadership Academy, Bulgaria.
Tsvetta also promotes literacy among youngsters. She is the face of the national literacy campaign “Да напълним Студентски град с книги” under the patronage of Bulgaria's president, Rosen Plevlenliev. In 2013, Tsvetta started her own national literacy campaign - “Tsvetta for the colors of the languages” - aimed at providing foreign language literature to libraries and schools in small and medium-sized communities all over Bulgaria.
