Torqabeh Rural District
Torqabeh Rural District is in Torqabeh District of Torqabeh and Shandiz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hesar.

Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 15,348 in 4,150 households. There were 6,029 inhabitants in 1,953 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Binalud County. The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 6,499 in 2,371 households. The most populous of its 33 villages was Hesar, with 1,718 people.
