Tensoba

Tensoba, or tempura soba, is a Japanese dish of soba noodles and tempura.

History

There are some regional varieties for tensoba toppings. In Kanto and Kyushu, the soba shops often use or for tempura. These two fish cakes are sometimes batter-fried.
