Spectral analysis of photonic crystals made of thin rods


Spectral analysis of photonic crystals made of thin rods is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''Asymptotic Analysis''. The main subjects of the publication include optics, mathematical analysis, physics, photonic crystal, inverse problem, multiscale modeling, dielectric, Floquet theory, rod cell, operon, transverse plane, perturbation, and condensed matter physics. The authors show that the material parameters can be chosen in such a way that transverse magnetic modes with given frequencies can not propagate in the crystal.
