Simultaneous contrast, filling-in process and information processing in man's visual system

Simultaneous contrast, filling-in process and information processing in man's visual system is a scholarly work, published in 1970 in ''Experimental Brain Research''. The main subjects of the publication include blind spot, visual field, ocular vision, perception, retinal, brightness, laser safety, filling-in, High Contrast, optics, visual perception, retina, neuroscience, stimulus, physics, lateral geniculate nucleus, contrast, information processing, communication, and psychology. In psychophysical experiments described previously authors found that a stimulus surrounding a retinal scotoma fills in the scotoma instantaneously with its brightness and color.
