Short-period multilayer X-ray mirrors

Short-period multilayer X-ray mirrors is a scholarly work by Nikolay Salashchenko, published in 2003 in ''Journal of Synchrotron Radiation''. The main subjects of the publication include materials science, optics, X-ray optics, X-ray tube, radiography, X-ray, Water window, radiation, synchrotron radiation, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, synchrotron, physics, and plasma. Multilayer structures with short periods have been systematically investigated using a tunable soft X-ray synchrotron, BESSY II, and X-ray tube radiation.
