Remick Building
Remick Building is a historic six-story building located at 517-519 S. Broadway in the Jewelry District and Broadway Theater District in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles.
History
Remick Building was designed by Abram M. Edelman and built in 1902.In 1979, the Broadway Theater and Commercial District was added to the National Register of Historic Places, with Remick Building listed as a contributing property in the district.
The building was sold for $7.65 million in 2020.
