Quincy Skinner Jr.
Quincy Skinner Jr. is an American professional football wide receiver. He played college football for the Vanderbilt Commodores and was signed by the Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2025.
Early life
Skinner was born on February 28, 2003, in Pompano Beach, Florida. He went to high school at St. Thomas Aquinas and played on their football team. As a junior, he caught six passes for 81 yards and was part of 15-0 season where the Raiders won a Florida High School Athletic Association Class 7A state championship. He helped the Raiders win another state championship with an 8-1 season in 2020. As a consensus three-star recruit, he committed to Vanderbilt.
College career
2024 season
Skinner had a breakout game in the [2024 Vanderbilt Commodores American football|football team|2024 season] opener against Virginia Tech where he had four receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown in a 34-27 overtime victory. He was Vanderbilt's leading receiver in the game. He led the Commodores in receiving again in the game at LSU, having three receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown in a 24-17 loss. In the 2024 Birmingham Bowl against historic rival Georgia Tech, Skinner had his third receiving touchdown of the season on a 22-yard pass from Diego Pavia. He finished 2024 with 29 total receptions for 367 yards and three touchdowns.
The Atlanta Falcons signed Skinner as an undrafted free agent on April 26, 2025. His contract included a $15,000 signing bonus and $150,000 guaranteed. He was waived on August 23.
