Qanot Sharq is an airline based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
History
The airline was launched in 1998 with a single Ilyushin Il-76 cargo plane. It ceased operations in 2012 and returned its air operator's certificate.In 2021, the airline re-launched operations, leasing two used Airbus A320-200s from Air Lease Corporation. It launched its first passenger flight on October 14, 2021, from Tashkent International Airport to Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow.
In February 2025, the company leased 5 Airbus A321neos from Air Lease Corporation. It also agreed to lease three Airbus A321XLRs and two A321LRs from Air Lease starting in 2026 and 2027.
