Preoperative pupil fatigue


Preoperative pupil fatigue is a scholarly work, published in 1992 in ''Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery''. The main subjects of the publication include uterus, cycloplegia, mydriasis, phenylephrine, cataract surgery, tropicamide, glaucoma, ophthalmology, pupil, intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, preoperative care, medicine, anaesthesia, optometry, pupillary response, miosis, and cyclopentolate-(RS). The study looked at the effect of pupil dilation with tropicamide 1% and with cyclopentolate 1% on pupil mydriasis 24 hours later, using phenylephrine 10% and cyclopentolate 1%, in 40 cataract patients.
