Polydimethylsiloxane microfluidic chip with integrated microheater and thermal sensor

Polydimethylsiloxane microfluidic chip with integrated microheater and thermal sensor is a scholarly work by Weijia Wen, Ping Sheng, and Wenbin Cao, published in 2009 in ''Biomicrofluidics''. The main subjects of the publication include lab-on-a-chip, Microheater, temperature control, electrical conductor, materials science, microfluidics, chip, thermal, optoelectronics, polydimethylsiloxane, sensor, elastomer, nanotechnology, heating element, microfluidic chip, and micro-electromechanical systems. A microheater and a thermal sensor were fabricated inside elastomeric polydimethylsiloxane microchannels by injecting silver paint (or other conductive materials) into the channels.
