Philippe Godet
Philippe Godet (23 April 1850 – 27 September 1922) is a Swiss lawyer, writer, poet, poet lawyer, literary critic, playwright, and biographer. He was born in Neuchâtel. He died in Neuchâtel.
He was educated at University of Basel, University of Berlin, and University of Neuchâtel. Awards received include Schiller prize, Marcelin Guérin Prize, Bordin Prize, Rambert Award, Honorary doctorate from the University of Geneva, Commander of the Legion of Honour, and Officer of the Order of Leopold.
