Phathutshedzo Makwarela
Phathutshedzo “Phathu” Makwarela is a South African television producer, screenwriter, and executive producer. He is best known as a co-founder of the production company Tshedza Pictures and as a creative lead on several popular South African television drama series, including The River, Adulting, Outlaws, and Youngins.

Makwarela was born in Limpopo, South Africa. He developed an interest in storytelling and television drama and pursued formal studies in film and television production at the Tshwane University of Technology, focusing on scriptwriting and creative development.Career
