Paul Linford Richards

Paul Linford Richards (4 June 1934 – 16 September 2024) is a American astrophysicist and university teacher. He was born in Ithaca.

He was educated at Harvard University and University of California, Berkeley. This person's employers include University of California, Berkeley, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and Bell Labs. Awards received include Giuseppe and Vanna Cocconi Prize, Frank Isakson Prize for Optical Effects in Solids, Guggenheim Fellowship, Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States, Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and Dan David Prize.
