Pabianice County
Pabianice County is a unit of territorial administration and local government in Łódź Voivodeship, central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Pabianice, which lies south of the regional capital Łódź. The only other town in the county is Konstantynów Łódzki, lying north of Pabianice.
The county covers an area of. As of 2006, its total population was 119,008, out of which the population of Pabianice was 70,445, that of Konstantynów Łódzki 17,564, and the rural population was 30,999.
