On the modelling of stationary planetary waves is a scholarly work, published in 1976 in ''Atmosphere''. The main subjects of the publication include atmospheric sciences, atmospheric wave, physics, gravity wave, climate change, boundary, geostrophic wind, wind wave, radiation, geology, computational physics, mechanics, numerical weather prediction, meteorology, and geophysics. To show the influence of the upper boundary condition on the structure of the waves, the latter is computed using a rigid top and a radiation condition.
