NGC 105
NGC 105 is a spiral galaxy estimated to be about 240 million light-years away in the constellation of Pisces. It was discovered by Édouard Stephan in 1884 and its apparent magnitude is 14.1.
Supernovae
Two supernovae have been observed in NGC 105:- SN 1997cw was discovered by the BAO Supernova Survey on 10 July 1997.
- SN 2007A was discovered by Tim Puckett and Tom Orff, and independently discovered by the Lick Observatory Supernova Search, on 2 January 2007.
