The racial makeup of Mountain Mesa was 705 White, 5 African American, 11 Native American, 7 Asian, 1 Pacific Islander, 25 from other races, and 69 from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 84 persons.The census reported that 765 people lived in households and 58 were institutionalized.
