Mehsi, Bihar
Mehsi is a town and municipality in the East Champaran District in the state of Bihar, India, situated at the border of Sheohar district, Muzaffarpur district.
The town is the entry point of the East Champaran district. There are many smaller factories manufacturing buttons for the clothing Industry, although most of the population depends upon commercial business and agriculture.

It is also the closest railway station to Kesaria Stupa, a Buddhist pilgrimage site.
