Mario Olavarría

Mario Antonio Olavarría Rodríguez is a Chilean lawyer and politician affiliated with the UDI.
He was elected as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, representing the 8th District for the 2026-2030 legislative term.

Biography

Olavarría studied law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and obtained his degree in 1987.

Political career

Prior to his election to Congress, he served multiple terms as Mayor of Colina, and later as Presidential Provincial Delegate of Chacabuco province.
In the 2025 parliamentary election, running for the 8th District, Olavarría obtained 23,873 votes and secured a seat in the Chamber of Deputies representing his district's provinces of Colina, Lampa and Til-Til.
