Malayic Dayak languages


Malayic Dayak is a dialect chain of Malayic spoken in West Kalimantan and the western part of Central Kalimantan.
Wurm and Hattori list these dialects as Delang, Kayong, Banana’, Bamayo, Tapitn, Mentebah-Suruk, Semitau, Suhaid, and additionally Arut, Lamandau, Sukamara, Riam, Belantikan, Tamuan, Tomun, Pangin, Sekakai, and Silat. These dialects should not be confused with the Ibanic branch or other Malayic languages spoken by the Dayaks.
