Lynmore is a suburb of Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty Region of New Zealand's North Island.

Lynmore covers and had an estimated population of as of with a population density of people per km2.Lynmore had a population of 3,345 in the 2023 [New Zealand census], an increase of 51 people since the 2018 census, and an increase of 90 people since the 2013 census. There were 1,665 males, 1,668 females, and 12 people of other genders in 1,260 dwellings. 2.2% of people identified as LGBTIQ+. The median age was 43.4 years. There were 657 people aged under 15 years, 477 aged 15 to 29, 1,590 aged 30 to 64, and 618 aged 65 or older.
People could identify as more than one ethnicity. The results were 80.4% European ; 16.1% Māori; 2.3% Pasifika; 12.1% Asian; 1.1% Middle Eastern, Latin American and African New Zealanders ; and 3.2% other, which includes people giving their ethnicity as "New Zealander". English was spoken by 97.0%, Māori by 3.9%, Samoan by 0.2%, and other languages by 14.8%. No language could be spoken by 1.6%. New Zealand Sign Language was known by 0.3%. The percentage of people born overseas was 26.0, compared with 28.8% nationally.
Religious affiliations were 30.8% Christian, 1.5% Hindu, 0.4% Islam, 0.7% Māori religious beliefs, 0.7% Buddhist, 0.4% New Age, 0.1% Jewish, and 1.9% other religions. People who answered that they had no religion were 57.3%, and 6.4% of people did not answer the census question.
Of those at least 15 years old, 918 people had a bachelor's or higher degree, 1,323 had a post-high school certificate or diploma, and 447 people exclusively held high school qualifications.
