Local Class Field Theory
Local Class Field Theory is a scholarly work by Gerhard Hochschild, published in 1950 in ''Annals of Mathematics''. The main subjects of the publication include combinatorics, field, isomorphism, multiplicative function, computer algebra, pure mathematics, residue field, discrete mathematics, algebraic number, abelian group, multiplicative group, commutative property, mathematics, and algebraic geometry. The authors shall, however, dispense with the norm residue symbol altogether and prove directly certain properties of the factor set homomorphism which are sufficient to establish the local class field theory.
