Lemon Hill first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. census formed from part of deleted Parkway-South Sacramento CDP.The 2020 United States census reported that Lemon Hill had a population of 14,496. The population density was. The racial makeup of Lemon Hill was 20.1% White, 10.4% African American, 2.4% Native American, 20.4% Asian, 4.4% Pacific Islander, 30.6% from other races, and 11.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 46.4% of the population.
