Korycin
Korycin is a village in Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Korycin.
The Korycinski cheese is traditional food of Korycin, as designated by the Ministry of [Agriculture and Rural Development |Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland].
History
were granted in 1671 and revoked in 1897.In 1900, there were 411 Jews living in Korycin. Nearly all were murdered by the Germans and their collaborators during the Holocaust.
