João Lyra
João José Pereira de Lyra was a Brazilian businessman and politician.
Career
Lyra was a senator from 1989 to 1991, and a federal deputy from 2003 to 2007, and from 2011 to 2015. His wealth was once estimated at $140 million, making him at one point Brazil's richest Member of Parliament.He was named in the 2016 Panama Papers leak.
