Jerzy Pomianowski

Jerzy Pomianowski (13 January 1921 – 29 December 2016) is a Polish, Soviet, Polish People's Republic, and Polish writer, translator, playwright, journalist, physician, literary historian, theatre critic, dramaturge, and screenwriter. He was born in Łódź. He died in Kraków.

He was educated at University of Warsaw and I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. This person's employers include University of Warsaw. Awards received include Golden Medal for Merit to Culture, Commander with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta, and Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
