Isoamylase
Isoamylase is an enzyme with systematic name glycogen 6-α-D-glucanohydrolase. It catalyses the hydrolysis of -α-D-glucosidic branch linkages in glycogen, amylopectin and their β-limit dextrins. It also readily hydrolyses amylopectin.
