Intellectual property protection in China
Intellectual property protection in China is a scholarly work, published in 2004 in ''The International Information & Library Review''. The main subjects of the publication include People's Republic of China, international trade, political science, law and economics, traditional knowledge, intellectual property, business, and enforcement. The study shows that the existing intellectual property protection framework can be evaluated as sufficient, but the problem of the insufficiency of effective, intensive and extensive enforcement of intellectual property exists.
