Henryk Kluba
Henryk Kluba (9 January 1931 – 11 June 2005) is a Polish actor, film director, and screenwriter. He was born in Przystajń. He died in Konin.
He was educated at National Film School in Łódź. Awards received include Zasłużony Działacz Kultury, Medal of the National Education Commission, Commander with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta, and Gold Cross of Merit.
